Psychosocial Health Check.

We understand psychosocial risk management can seem overwhelming. Exploring the psychosocial environment can be daunting. Gaining leadership commitment and internal stakeholder agreement can be challenging.

A great place to start is our simple, 3 step ‘Psychosocial Health Check’ where we’ll help you identify relevant internal data sources, identify and assess effectiveness of current risk control measures, and clarify your organisation’s psychosocial strengths, weaknesses, and risk priorities.

Step 1. Desktop Review

We recommend you first complete our digital Desktop Review by identifying relevant internal company data sources and established risk control measures.

Step 2. Survey Completion

In Step 2, staff conveniently complete several 3 minute psychological health and safety surveys assessing the effectiveness of current control measures/well-being intervention efforts, establishing a baseline for potential ongoing measurement. Drawing on our diverse career backgrounds, our surveys offer a more balanced approach than typical risk based lens assessments including:

Hazard Identification: The exploration of your psychosocial climate + 17 work factors to identify each as a support or stressor (hazard).

Risk Asessment: Assess the degree to which each work factor is benefiting or harming mental well-being.

Psychosocial Health Outcomes: Explore the 8 International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO 45003) identified psychosocial related health outcomes.

Step 3. Mibo Dashboard and Action Plan Delivery

Following survey completion, we deliver your Mibo Dashboard, including deep psychosocial health understanding at the organisation, department, and team level.

Further, we deliver your ‘Work Environment and Psychosocial Health’ Report, Data Summary, and Action Plan (Organisation, Department, Team level versions available).

This provides key stakeholders a fantastic foundation for understanding the environment, prioritizing and managing risk, and promoting genuine care.

Ongoing Options…

From there, implement your action plan independently, or engage Mibo at:

  • Level 2 for ongoing measurement and control measure evaluation

  • Level 3 for our ‘Coach Approach’ which delivers personalised manager and optional employee digital trainings based on prioritized risks, or

  • Level 4 for our full service offering including the ‘Psychosocial Health App’ which integrates well-being action into the workday
