Sean is a Sports Physiotherapist, Masters level Exercise Scientist and a Tennis Australia (Level 3) High Performance Coach. Sean has a special interest in well-being and human performance in relation to sport and work. He founded a successful multi-clinic allied health business in Brisbane over the last 14 years that is well known for its innovation and use of technology. Career highlights include the 2012 London Olympics, extensive ongoing work on the ATP tour with Australia’s top players and being an instrumental junior coach of Ashleigh Barty from the age of 11 to 13 years.

Anthony is a psychologist registered with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). He has had an eclectic career including international sport, clinical, and organisational consulting. He also established one of the world’s most successful tennis specific psychology businesses including the management of an international remote consulting team. Previously Anthony completed his PhD focusing on parent and coach environment influence on the development of athlete experience. He also played tennis professionally competing at tournaments including Wimbledon.

Michael is an organisational psychologist with over 40 years experience. He has extensive experience working to improve psychosocial work environments and performance, business planning, HR consulting, psychological assessment, and counseling psychology. Previously Michael graduated from UCLA in the USA and was a member of the US Air Force.

Mina is a driven customer-focused product manager of successful digital apps and cloud-based platforms. She is passionate about delivering technology driven solutions to empower people to improve their health. Mina’s product portfolio includes launching, marketing, managing and leading teams to deliver greenfield apps and platforms for B2B and B2C markets. Experience includes medication management apps (myPharmacyLink, Priceline Pharmacy App), corporate booking and service recording platforms (Pharmacy Guild of Australia Corporate Vaccination Program), and AI-based medical device apps (SleepCheck, ResAppDx).

Ryan is a seasoned and versatile technology practitioner. Building robust technology solutions is his focus, but with a professional career beginning in Tier 1 consultancy, he brings a well-rounded approach to every engagement. Ryan has led the design, development and ongoing operation of several health-oriented consumer-facing technology platforms in the market, servicing hundreds of thousands of active users. He has also built integrations with many private and public services, including the My Health Record, Health Identifiers (HI) and ePrescribing services. Ryan is an avid tech community contributor as is recognised by the Microsoft MVP award.

Terry is an experienced business owner/operator having served as a Director on various boards for the past twenty years. Upon graduating as a B.Commerce majoring in Accounting & Marketing, Terry became involved in the FMCG industry, building a scratch company to $50M turnover as Operations Director. Particularly adept at development and growth through core fundamentals, he now mentor’s businesses through start up and growth phases. Terry’s role within mibo is to map out the strategic direction for the company’s growth and prosperity.
