Personalised Based on Risk Calculations

Our system automatically calculates psychosocial risks then sends leaders and managers relevant trainings based on risk priorities making participation time efficient and relevant based on unique team needs.

Control Measure Suggestions

Trainings on each work factor include 2 x 3-4 minute videos. In video 1 we help participants understand the factor and it’s importance. In video 2, we provide control measure suggestions for reducing the risk the factor is currently causing.

We also understand that each industry, organisation, and team is unique often requiring subtle or large variations in control measure approaches. That’s why, based on our experience as business leaders and high performance sport coaches, we provide step by step guidance regarding consulting team members to collaborate well and achieve best outcomes.

Respect At Work

Included in our digital trainings are those discussing workplace violence and aggression, discrimination, bullying, and harassment. These can be deployed based on your risk assessment or made mandatory as part of organisation ‘Respect at Work’ training.

These trainings help employees understand psychosocial work factors, provide suggestions for coping with less than ideal work circumstances, advice on effectively communicating to improve circumstances where possible, and guide reporting options regarding inappropropriate behaviours where required.
